Ambassador Referral Program Terms and Conditions:

1. General Terms:

a) After Satisfaction of the Payout Terms detailed below, Referrer (Ambassador) will be eligible to receive a $100 payment. Referred candidate will be eligible to receive a $25 payment.

b) Payment will be made within 45 days after satisfaction of the Payout Terms below.

c) Referrer and Referred Candidates agree and understand that this Referral Program may be discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of Integrity.

2. Payout Terms

a) Referred Candidate must:

   i - satisfy all pre-employment criteria as required for employment with Integrity. 

   ii - complete 80 hours of worked time that is billable to a client in order to be eligible for payment.     

   iii - 80 hours must be worked within 90 days from referral date.

b) All Payments are subject to approval by and are made at the sole discretion of Integrity Staffing Solutions.

c) Both the Referrer and the Referred Candidate must meet the Eligibility Requirements below.

d) Both the Referred Candidate and the Referrer must be in good standing with Integrity Staffing Solutions, with no disciplinary actions or other infractions. Determination of “Good Standing” is at the sole discretion of Integrity Staffing Solution’s management.

e) All payments to Referred Candidates will be paid through Integrity Staffing’s payroll to the same destination account or pay card as payroll was last processed. Applicable payroll taxes will be deducted from the gross payment amount.

f) If the Referrer is or was recently an employee of Integrity Staffing Solutions at the time that the referral was made or at the time of payment, the Referrer will be paid through Integrity Staffing’s payroll to the same destination account or pay card as payroll was last processed. Applicable payroll taxes will be deducted from the gross payment amount.

g) If the Referrer was not recently an employee of Integrity Staffing Solutions at the time that the referral was made or at the time of payment, the Referrer will be paid outside of Integrity Staffing Solution’s payroll process. No payroll taxes will be deducted. A 1099-MISC will be issued for all payments issued during the year.

h) Payment is contingent on Referred Candidate and Referrer providing Integrity Staffing Solutions with all requested information necessary to process payment and 1099 reporting if applicable. This includes an IRS Form W-9, if applicable.

3. Eligibility Requirements

a) Current staff are not eligible Referrers under this program.

b) Candidates who are employed by Integrity Staffing Solutions at the time of the referral are not eligible Referred Candidates

c) Candidates who are in the onboarding step of Integrity Staffing Solutions’ hiring process at the time of referral are not eligible Referred Candidates

d) Eligibility and participation status are subject to approval by and are made at the sole discretion of Integrity Staffing Solutions.

e) Referrer / Ambassador agrees that they are not an employee or agent of Integrity by participating in this program. Referrer / Ambassador has no authority to act on behalf of, contract for or bind Integrity in any manner whatsoever. 

f) Referrer and Referred Candidates agree and understand that this Referral Program may be discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of Integrity.
