At Integrity Staffing, we’re hiring an entry-level Staffing Coordinator—perfect for someone with customer service, retail, hospitality experience, or a recent graduate ready to break into recruiting.
This role is temporary status
Pay Rate: $20-23/hr.
Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA

You’ll gain hands-on experience in:
- Talent acquisition & recruiting
- Candidate and client relationship management
- High-volume, fast-paced operations
What You’ll Do
- Interview candidates (in-person, phone, video) for high-volume roles
- Deliver a strong candidate experience through consistent communication
- Build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
- Screen and prepare candidates for placement success
- Manage pipelines and keep candidates engaged
- Track recruiting activity (interviews, offers, starts, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn
- Support onboarding and compliance (background checks, I-9s, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or admin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Interest in recruiting, HR, or sales
- Experience with ATS systems (Bullhorn is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, Marketing, etc.)
