About the Position:
Our client provides revolutionary products to the entire United States. They are currently looking to bring on a team player to fill an exciting role as a Warehouse Associate. These roles are scheduled M-F 12PM-9PM $20.25

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Team Members will focus on unloading, counting, and putting product from our vendors into Inventory
• Team Members will ensure all shipments are unloaded without damaging product, counted correctly to reconcile against Purchase Orders, and accurately stored in inventory to be made available for online purchasing
• Team Members will ensure all customer orders are picked correctly, packaged with care, and loaded on-time so they arrive to the customer on-time
• FC Team Members must be capable of operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) in accordance with all aspects of Spreetail's safety and training guidelines
• All associates in a Spreetail FC will ensure customer orders are accurate and delivered on-time by following the training and job instruction outlined for their respective job function
• Team Members in the FC will meet or exceed job expectations for Safety, Performance, Reliability, Education, and Effort (SPREE)
• Flexibility is key. Be open to extra hours and an extra pace; we don't fulfill our customer promise without it.
• How do you feel about lifting heavy things repeatedly? Awesome! We ship anything from mattresses to sheds and we need muscle!

Required:

• Positive attitude, team player, and care for safety of yourself and others
• Ability to work on your feet for 10 to 12 hour shifts
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and mandatory OT as scheduled
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. by yourself
• Comfortable learning and operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)
• Comfortable using technology frequently, such as computers and smart phones

Preferred:

• Experience working in other fulfillment, distribution, and/or manufacturing warehouses
• Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems, basic functions of Microsoft Word/Excel
• Recent experience operating High Reach, Order Pickers, Forklifts, and other PIT
