About the Role

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will process high-volume invoices, perform 3-way matching, reconcile vendor statements, and support month-end closing activities. You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments, maintaining organized and audit-ready records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate

$20.00–$22.00/hour

Available Shift Times

Monday–Friday, full-time schedule (shift details flexible based on operational needs)

Key Responsibilities

• Process over 100 high-volume invoices daily with accuracy and speed
• Perform 3-way invoice matching
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support timely vendor payments
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and vendors
• Assist with month-end close and reporting
• Maintain organized, audit-ready finance records

Key Requirements

• 1–3+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in high-volume environments
• Experience in manufacturing or fast-paced settings preferred
• SAP experience a plus
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
