MANAMED is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily floor operations in a medical equipment distribution warehouse handling high-value inventory (up to ~$3,000 per item). This role is responsible for supervising the warehouse team, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth outbound workflow while using an ERP system and completing basic reporting/administrative tasks. This role will be an onsite working supervisor role. 

Pay Rate:

• $23 - $25/hr

Environment:

• Non-climate controlled warehouse

 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily floor leadership, coaching, and accountability for warehouse associates
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse workflow to support outbound volume and on-time shipping
• Manage and maintain inventory accuracy (counts, location control, process adherence)
• Use an ERP/WMS and internal systems for transactions, tracking, and basic reporting
• Perform basic administrative tasks (Excel/computer work, documentation, communication)
• Promote safe work practices and maintain warehouse organization/5S standards
• Help improve reliability and consistency in staffing and operational execution

Required Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of warehouse leadership experience preferred (lead/supervisor/shift lead)
• Experience with an ERP system (WMS/Inventory/Distribution systems acceptable)
• Working knowledge of inventory management processes
• Basic Excel/computer literacy and comfort learning internal systems

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 37 lbs (mostly lightweight medical equipment)
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment
