About the Position:

As an Office Clerk, you will handle essential administrative tasks, coordinate communication, and assist with various office processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and organize office documents and correspondence ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them appropriately and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and inventory records to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
  • Support scheduling and calendar management for team meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in the coordination of office supplies and equipment, including inventory monitoring and procurement.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support team efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with office management software is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a team-centric mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
