About the Role
As an Import Freight Coordinator, you will oversee container-level drayage operations from outgate to return, ensuring all activities are executed timely and accurately. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring container availability, managing carrier communications, tracking delivery milestones, and resolving operational issues proactively. You will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy across multiple systems and supporting high-touch client accounts through frequent and transparent updates. Your efforts will directly impact container delivery reliability, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Available Shift Times: Flexible shift hours, various schedules

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor container movement and confirm appointment scheduling within SLA
• Track delivery progress and resolve delays or exceptions
• Manage communication with carriers, FCs, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate data in Gnosis, MCL, and related systems
• Support high-priority platform service accounts with timely updates
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide visibility and resolve escalations

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple systems and data entry with high accuracy
• Proactive mindset with the ability to escalate issues timely
• Familiarity with drayage operations or international freight is a plus
