Our client is now hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a full-time opportunity in Las Vegas, NV, paying up to $22/hr (higher based on experience). This role is ideal for someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced with both domestic and international shipments. This position supports a mature and fast-paced operational environment handling high-end merchandise. Employment types considered: Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire.

About the Role
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk plays a key part in ensuring the efficient flow of high-end merchandise, supporting daily shipping, receiving, inventory control, and kitting functions. This role requires accuracy, professionalism, and strong communication skills while coordinating with warehouse teams, carriers, and internal departments. Candidates must be comfortable using Google Workspace tools and shipping platforms, and must follow established processes and safety standards.

Pay Rate:
$18.00 – $22.00/hr (WILL PAY MORE FOR HIGHER SKILL SET)

Available Shift Times:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments using Ship Station and carrier platforms.
• Manage all incoming shipments: unloading, verifying contents, updating records, and ensuring proper storage.
• Handle international shipping through DHL and UPS, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
• Perform kitting functions, assembling multiple components into packaged sets per client specifications.
• Maintain accurate tracking information in Google Sheets and internal logs.
• Handle and inspect high-end merchandise, ensuring quality, accuracy, and proper packaging.
• Support cycle counts, labeling, inventory control, and warehouse organization.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding order status, discrepancies, and product movement.
• Follow safety, quality, and shipping SOPs at all times.

Key Requirements:

• Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in:
  • Google Sheets
  • Google Docs
• ShipStation
• Experience with international shipping using DHL and UPS.
• Kitting experience required.
• Must be comfortable working with high-end products and maintaining accuracy and care.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written processes.
• Reliable, professional, and able to thrive in a mature, structured operational environment.
