Our client is now hiring an Industrial Cleaner (Warehouse & Facilities Support) in their distribution center.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering weekly pay, day-one benefits, and the chance to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business need. This role supports both warehouse and office environments by maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant workspace.

These are temp-to-hire positions – convert to a full-time employee after 320 hours of work!

About the Role:
This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment across warehouse, office, restroom, and breakroom areas. The Industrial Cleaner plays a key role in supporting daily operations by ensuring cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper documentation of housekeeping tasks.

Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour

Available Shift Times:
Wednesday - Saturday, 8:00AM - 7:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean desks, counters, sinks, toilets, appliances, and fixtures
• Refill consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Perform deep cleaning tasks including carpet shampooing, baseboards, and vent dusting
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors and operational areas
• Remove debris such as shrink wrap, labels, cardboard, and broken pallets
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Stage and load broken pallets onto pallet trailers
• Clean around racking, dock doors, PIT parking areas, and pedestrian walkways
• Identify and immediately report spill hazards, leaks, or unsafe conditions
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping checklists using a CMMS system
• Upload required photos and notes to document completed tasks
• Report maintenance, equipment, or safety concerns to site leadership
• Follow all site safety policies and OSHA requirements
• Wear required PPE at all times

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in industrial, warehouse, or commercial cleaning
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment
• Willingness to be trained on PIT and cleaning equipment (certification required before operation)
• Basic familiarity with mobile systems or CMMS platforms
• Strong attention to safety and hazard recognition
