About the Role
As a Staffing Assistant, you’ll guide candidates through pre-hire onboarding activities, ensure compliance with client procedures, and deliver a professional candidate experience. Key Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to travel as needed to support Middletown, DE, West Deptford, NJ and North East, MD locations.
• Comfort with online software, cameras, scanners, and mobile devices
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
• Strong professional communication skills
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work extended hours or weekends
• Customer service experience preferred
